We're situated on the sea front and only 75 yards from the first tee at Leven Links Golf Course. We are ideally situated for visiting St Andrews, Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee by car, bus, or train with off-road parking available. 

Our guest lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day of golfing whilst admiring the view and catching up on the day's sport on Sky TV. After a comfortable night's sleep, you may opt for the full Scottish breakfast the next morning before setting off for more  golf, a walk along the Fife Coastal Path, or a local whisky tasting.
